1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by iNet Ventures Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
- •Blogger outreach and link building services
- •Digital PR campaigns
- •Content creation and placement
- •SEO consulting and strategy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Service Delivery
We strive to deliver all services within the timeframes specified at the time of purchase. Typical turnaround times are 5-10 business days, though this may vary depending on the scope and complexity of your order. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3.1 Blogger Outreach Publisher Metrics
Where a blogger outreach package is described as using tier averages, the stated Domain Rating (DR) and estimated monthly Ahrefs organic traffic figures are assessed across placements within each purchased tier separately in the completed order. Individual websites may be above or below those figures, provided the arithmetic mean for each metric meets or exceeds the stated figure for that tier. DR and traffic are assessed independently; a higher DR does not offset a traffic shortfall, or vice versa.
The average is calculated by adding the recorded values for all delivered placements in that tier and dividing by the number of those placements. We use the Ahrefs readings recorded when each placement is delivered. Different tiers, orders and clients are not pooled. If a tier contains a single placement, that placement must itself meet the stated DR and traffic figures. Any individual-site minimums or other metric commitments expressly agreed in writing continue to apply.
Publisher metrics are third-party measurements or estimates and can change as providers update their data. They are not guarantees of website analytics, referral visits, rankings or future metric levels. Subsequent changes do not by themselves constitute a delivery shortfall or affect the separate live-link guarantee. If a completed tier falls below an agreed average at delivery, we will provide replacement placements or a credit to address the shortfall.
This averaging basis applies only where it is disclosed before purchase. These provisions do not retrospectively change existing orders or override expressly agreed per-placement minimums, other service-specific commitments or statutory rights.
4. Link Guarantee
All links placed through our blogger outreach services are guaranteed to remain live for a period of 12 months from the date of placement. If a link is removed or becomes unavailable during this period, we will replace it at no additional cost. After the 12-month guarantee period, we cannot be held responsible for the longevity of placements, though most links remain active indefinitely.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse service for websites or content that:
- •Violates any local, national, or international law
- •Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
- •Contains malware, phishing content, or other malicious elements
- •Infringes on intellectual property rights
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by iNet Ventures for your campaigns becomes your property upon full payment. However, we retain the right to showcase our work in portfolios and case studies unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or traffic increases. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and campaign details. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
