Partial Refund

- •Links are removed during the 12-month guarantee period and we cannot provide suitable replacements
No Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:

- •You change your mind after work has commenced
- •You are dissatisfied with natural search engine ranking fluctuations (we cannot guarantee specific rankings)
- •Links are removed after the 12-month guarantee period
- •You provided incorrect information or requirements that affected the campaign
3. Link Guarantee
All links placed through our blogger outreach services come with a 12-month guarantee. If any link is removed or becomes unavailable during this period, we will replace it at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement after reasonable attempts, you may be eligible for a partial refund for that specific placement.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days and aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

- •After Work Begins: Partial refund may be available based on work completed
- •After Completion: No refund available once all deliverables have been provided
